place your home in Realtor.com with with our special listing agreement
where you pay no commissions
and we list your home in the MLS in our area, but
your home will show up in Realtor.com in your local area (state, city,
zip code) your contact information will be made
available. Thus when someone goes to Realtor.com and does
a search, for example in New York Long Island, homes that are listed on
our site in Long Island area will show up on Realtor.com. To have a property
listed in Realtor.com the property must first be listed with a Realtor.
